Carson Covert Davis | Principal

Carson is a dedicated and versatile design professional with a Master of Architecture from Washington State University. After graduating, he gained hands-on experience framing houses along the coast in Seabrook, Washington, where he developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and construction.

He later joined Douglas Landsem Architect AIA in Bellingham, WA, where he worked for several years and earned his Washington State Architect’s license before founding his own practice.

Carson’s design philosophy is rooted in Vitruvius’ three principles of architecture—firmitas (strength), utilitas (function), and venustas (beauty)—to which he adds a fourth: environmental conscientiousness. His work balances practicality with creativity, always mindful of how architecture shapes both people and place.

Raised in Arlington, Washington, as one of five brothers, Carson grew up building and creating from an early age. That early fascination with how things come together evolved into a lifelong passion for architecture that continues to inspire his work today.
